Microcosmos Quartet was formed in Vancouver, BC in the spring of 2010 and performs the rich repertoire of string quartets written in the past 100 years. A beautiful-sounding quartet, they perform a wide range of musical works with great skill and lyricism. Since their inception they have performed in many different locales & venues taking advantage of the compactness and portability of the string quartet – four chairs and adequate light are all that is required.
